A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ACP…. 

 

ACP is a family owned certified agency provider through the State of Ohio DODD/Medicaid. CEO, Amber Clark and President, Jason Clark are long time high school sweethearts and have been a great team together for over 30 years! They have resided in Medina County almost their entire lives. Jason and Amber began caring for their ailing parents at very young ages. Amber found her passion in caring for mental illness persons when her mother was diagnosed with early onset dementia at age 52 years old. Jason has been an electrician for almost 30 years and has restored customer power in some very catastrophic storms, helping people all over our country regain their power. Amber, after working in the legal field for 20 years, became a Director of Operations for agency providers and then decided to become an agency provider herself in 2018. Jason and Amber are excited to provide services to you or your loved ones and to provide these services for many years to come.
